SMART PLUG N’ TALK DNS Error Fix

It was spring in Japan when my co-worker asked her wife in the Philippines to buy SMART PLUG N’ TALK and asked her to immediately send the said device here in Japan.

When the package has arrived he eagerly openned and plugged the device to his laptop expecting that the service would give him convenience to contact his family in the Philippines, suddenly his eagerness turns out to be frustration seeing the error in the softphone DNS error and the settings of the softphone doesn't give any help nor tips how to solve his frustration :D.

Now the tech guy comes in(which is me :D) observing and also reviewing the emails he was exchanging to the tech of smartbro.net giving him the bloody commands of the hell nslookup and so on, unfortunately the genius tech guy of smartbro.net even ask him to nslookup google.com? whats the relation? i dont know what the hell is.

The only problem was the DNS of the softphone(outsmart.smartbro.net) is not properly resolved thats why anywhere in the world it is not going to work, you can try dnsstuff.com and whois outsmart.smartbro.net and you will see the amazing result that it proves that the DNS is not working, see result below

To solve this problem you can use any DNS on the Philippines that is open in order for you to connect your softphone. Below is the result when I lookup outsmart.smartbro.net using my dns in Philippines.
